DAY01: GUWAHATI
Welcome to Guwahati! On Arrival, transfer to your hotel, check-in and relax and later in the evening you are free to enjoy a walk around the city or get yourself dressed best for “The Brahmaputra River Cruise” will be a perfect romantic and soothing getaway (Optional Tour on your own). Enjoy the delicious dinner with an overnight stay in Guwahati Hotel.

DAY02: GUWAHATI - KAZIRANGA

After Breakfast We drive to Kaziranga (250 Kms / 5 hrs drives). Check in at your hotel at Kaziranga. Overnight stay at Kaziranga

Day03: KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
Early morning elephant safari (1st ride: 5.30 am to 6.30 am, 2nd ride: 6.30 am to 7.30 am). Wakeup call half an hour before the ride. Apart from world's endangered One-horned Rhinoceros, the Park sustains half the world's population of genetically pure Wild Water Buffaloes, over 1000 Wild elephants and perhaps the densest population of Royal Bengal Tigers anywhere. Kaziranga is also a bird watcher's paradise and home to some 500 species of birds. The Crested Serpent Eagle, Palla's Fishing Eagle, Gray headed Fishing Eagle, Swamp Partridge, Bar-headed goose, whistling Teal, Bengal Florican, Storks, Herons and Pelicans are some of the species found here. After breakfast jeep safari (either central or western range). Return for lunch. After lunch jeep safari (if visited central range in the morning then western range or vice versa). DAY04: KAZIRANGA-SHILLONG
Shillong (8 hours), the capital of the state of Meghalaya and home to the Khasi tribe. Shillong has rightly earned the sobriquet of Scotland of the East owing to the rolling hills, beautiful scenery and climate. On the way to Shillong you will visit the beautiful Umiam lake, a major tourist attraction located just before entering Shillong.

DAY05: SHILLONG
After breakfast & tea/coffee, start for all local sight-seeing at Shillong (Elephant falls, Sweet falls, Wards lake etc.) - can shop for souvenirs - night stay at Shillong.

DAY06: SHILLONG TO CHERRAPUNJEE
After an early breakfast, proceed for excursion to Cherrapunjee famed as the “The Wettest Place on Earth”. After a drive of two hours amid pine trees and mists we reach Cherrapunjee which possesses some exotic waterfalls and impressive limestone caves, visit Mawsmai Cave, Khasi Monoliths, Koh Ramhah, Seven Sisters Falls (one of the longest in India). Enthrall yourself with the captivating view of Limestone Caves. The mesmerizing waterfalls – Nohsngithiang Falls, Dainthlen Falls and Nohkailikai Falls, being the world’s fourth tallest waterfall will leave you spellbound. Enroute we visit Elephant falls and Shillong peak. Later, transfer to your hotel/resort for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

DAY07: CHERRAPUNJEE – SHILLONG
After breakfast, proceed to Cherrapunjee - the wettest place on the earth. En-route visits the famous Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak, and Mawsmai Cave. On arrive Cherrapunjee visit Ramakrishna Mission School and Nohkalikai Falls, after sightseeing drive back to Shillong. O/N Shillong.

DAY 08: SHILLONG – GUWAHATI
After breakfast drive to Guwahati (100 Kms 3 hrs). Arrive and check in at hotel. Evening visit 'Kalakshetra', a place where Assamese history and culture presents through Light and sound show or take an evening cruise on the mighty river Brahmaputra. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09: GUWAHATI
After breakfast check out from hotel. Visit Kamakhya Temple. With everlasting memories transfer to Guwahati airport/railway station for onward journey.
